In 1996, Chuck Schuldiner (liderul Death) infiinta Control Denied, o trupa de progressive heavy metal prin care acesta dorea sa exploreze cat mai mult acest gen. In scurt timp proiectul a fost pus pe planul secund deoarece Death lansa in septembrie 1998, albumul “The Sound of Perseverance”. Un an mai tarziu, pe 30 noiembrie 1999, avea sa iasa pe piata “The Fragile Art of Existence”, primul si singurul album Control Denied. Este, din pacate, si ultima realizare la care Chuck Schuldiner a contribuit, acesta decedand pe 13 decembrie 2001, in timp ce lucra la albumul secund cu acest proiect, “When Man and Machine Collide”.
Iata ca cei de la Relapse Records, vor lansa pe 1 iunie 2018, pentru prima oara pe vinyl acest album, care este remasterizat si insotit de piese demo si bonus tracks. “The Fragile Art of Existence” este disponibil in format CD, dublu vinyl si triplu vinyl deluxe boxset. Ca sa ne facem o idee despre acest material document va invitam sa ascultati piesa “Expect The Unexpected”, varianta remasterizata 2018.
