CD-ul a fost lansat in Eurpa pe 23 Octombrie 2009 sub egida Massacre Records si a inregistrat vanzari de peste 3400 de exemplare in prima saptamana in SUA, clasandu-se pe locul 132 in topul Billboard 200.
